The owner and founder of Church Compensation Services LLC has specialized in compensation for over a decade at a leading global human resources outsourcing and consulting firm. She has supported many of the country's top companies, including: Coca-Cola, Harley-Davidson, Kellogg and McDonalds, as well as many not-for-profit organizations like The Alzheimer's Association, CASA - Court Appointed Special Advocates for Children, and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. And after years of serving one of the country’s largest churches, she saw the need for relevant and affordable church compensation services. Thus Church Compensation Services LLC was born and the MegaChurch Compensation Survey was developed.
